Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started late today, so ran before work: was tired and sore at first but came around. Back felt pretty damn good -- last night it really stiffened up, but after x20 press-ups last night I felt good. I think I AM over-doing it (flexed at L5-S1). Did some press-ups this AM and felt fine.
Pretty good AM run. R hip flexor area is much better, as well.
