Warm up and cool down for the workout on Van Horn

Comments:
Feeling decent today. Coach okayed the run for warm up and cool down and do the bike for the workout. Sounds like a plan. A few weeks of this, working to get pain free, then Ill be back into the swing of things, just in time.

Heated before, chatted with Jess, then went out onto Van Horn alone. It was real sunny out, but kinda cold. Felt ok in the beginnging, could feel the soreness at the end, but it was a 1/10 for sure, best run i a while. I can imagine being better, which is nice.

After the workout, left the brace in the locker, and went out to run. Saw the rest of the group getting back, kinda a homely feeling. This actually felt pretty good too, could feel it, but it wasnt all that tight or painful... Came in kinda tired, could tell I havnt run in a while. It felt foreign I hate to say.
