Got the spinner this time. No one was around, so it was kinda sad. I would rather have people doing a track workout while I was biking. Anyways after running outside, quickly stripped down and got onto the spinner on the track. Warmed up a little to get my legs use to it, then hit up a 2 on, 1 off x8. It was tough, tried to go hard. HR was like 170ish after, so thats pretty good. Sweat a lot. Nick was around to watch too.
After, ran outside
Rehab
Stretch, roll, L7 (up to 5 mins now, till the end of the season) and then some abs before taking a freaking cold ice bath.
