Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Short warm-up and 3-4 strides, then into the tempo. Kept the breathing controlled but a bit faster (3/4 tempo), which resulted in a faster yet more comfortable pace. Back was a little so so in the first mile, then fine - relaxed into more neutral lordosis.
Clocked 17:35 (5:40/mi), which felt great. Did x5 press-ups after, then some after the run. Back felt GOOD the rest of the day!
CONCLUSION: initially overall poor posture/stab at work, coupled with a mild over-do of post-tilt during runs. To get better, I was more post-tilt at work (resulting in R L4 pain and R hip pain to be 99% better), and now relaxing into neutral/lordosis = back feels good running, too.
