Comments:
Some runs just validate everything you've been doing. This was an incredibly light week for me, which is probably why this run went so well, but I'm pretty pumped about it. Did an out and back loop, taking it pretty easy for the first half. With traffic lights and everything else, I think I probably averaged around 8 minute miles going out and 7 minute miles heading back. Finished strong, definitely could've kept going, but I need to figure out a way to get calories during these long runs. I might look into getting a bottle I can wear by my waist, or I might design my routes so that I can stop various places and get gatorade.

2 and a half hours before run: 2 eggs with onion, pepper, and baby spinach. Bagel with butter. Apple. No stomach issues.
