With John Frey. 8 minute on, minute off. Pace for on felt between 4:50-5:10, off was slow, probably 10 min/mi or so. Came back and did 4x200 with the second 100 fast. Hit 30.x, 33.x,32.x,31.x. Hamstrings were a little sore so I heated before working out but everything was pretty manageable.
