Weather: Mid 60's Somehow..

Since I got in alot more than I was supposed to yesterday, just wanted to do 3 or 4 miles and a little bit of speedwork in preparation for the first day of practice (monday). Anyways somehow I was going much faster than normal without really trying..like normally I got about 7:40=7:50 pace for a day like today and I cam through the 2 mile in somewhere around 14:15 14:20 and I didnt feel like I was going hard at all. Guess, things are starting to click finally? Who knows. Anyways after the warmup loop, did 2 of the big hills over by the trailers after stretching and striding then a 600 with Mr. Hunt's group (they're training for their 4x4 for nationals). Not bad, first serious interval since championships haha, felt fast but controlled. 50 at the 300, 69 at the quarter and 1:44 to finish, not too much of a stress really.
Quarter mile cooldown, then up to the weightroom for a good, hardass leg lift sesh. Easy half mile on the treadmill afterwards.
