Comments:
Thought about doing a harder workout, but didn't -- figure I'd save it 'til March. So instead, I did a 10 sec stride every min for the middle ~20min of this run.
Back felt good today, some dural tension in B legs (more in the R), but otherwise pretty solid. Tired, though.
