Comments:
I ran somewhat flat and relatively conservatively to the tune of a decent, but not huge, PR. To be honest, I think a more aggressive race would have likely turned out poorly. I nearly threw up afterward as it was, although I felt reasonably good during the race. More than anything else, I think this was a simple reminder of how much work I still need to do.
