ran by myself around 2:30ish. i was planning on waiting for the people who were going to run at 4:00, but i really just wasnt in the mood for running with a big group, and figured i could go my own pace, without any interference if i ran by myself. so i just headed out and did the second lake loop. i went pretty slow for the first 5 miles, and was going a bit faster later, but not much. just wanted to chill. felt really good. thursday walkovers.
