Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Spend most of the morning at the wrestling tournament. Found a nice break to go bike. Pulled a bike up to the window, and I still got to watch! Went 15 chill, 20 harder, 15 chill.
Stretch roll L7 and abs in the locker room, crossed paths with Wyatt. THe shower was open too. Score.
Back was sore sitting in the stands... Felt better on the bike and after the workout though.
