Comments:
This was a weird one. I usually need to wait at least 2 hours to run after I eat, but today I ate a fairly big meal about 90 minutes before. I got stir-fry for my post-run meal but was really hungry when I got home, so I ate it. Because of fading daylight, I had to run sooner than I wanted. Surprisingly, I felt awesome. None of the stomach issues I usually have. Ftir-fry: Noodles, red onion, bean sprouts, broccoli, peppers, snow peas, and shrimp.
