Comments:
Started out feeling good, been anxious to run since Wendesday. To Arizona Ave the explored that neighborhood a bit. About 10 minutes in started feeling a bit meh, legs felt pretty shakey/wobbly and felt a bit tight overall, but kept a decent pace. Regular schedule will be good again. Legs still shakey after, crunches and various other assorted strenght shenangans
