Comments:
11:30a; cutdown with the goal of hitting 10.1 miles in an hour at 1.0 incline, which would be better than when I did 10.1 with 0.0 incline on January 19. cut the incline down to 0.0 from 1.0 the last half mile in order to hit 10.1 miles without a gross amount of straining.
before this run I was sad, after this run I was just as sad but also tired, but during this run, I felt invincible. It's all about passion.
