Short tempo!

Comments:
With Alessa, Emma, Sophie, Tess, Jessica and Julia W. First 10 minute easy, then picked it up. Felt nice even though legs still feel shakey. When we got to Chicos, Jess asked me to stay behind with her the rest of the way so I did. Light day as harder days go, but nice to get back into it and quite enjoyed the company. Need to be better about food/hydration, will probably help with legs. Also will switch into old shoes, maybe will help with creakiness/blisters. Lifted earlier, planks after!
