First Day of Practice

Comments:
Beautiful weather today. Little nervous about how my stomach would react to all the jostling around but for the most part it did fine. Nice warmup then a really nice 50 second run. I was at the 100 way under 15 and felt great so just bolted and hit the 200 in probably 27, 300 in 42 and then just beyond the trash can for the finish. Once I hit about the 250 got tired and definitely could have gone into full kick mode but I decided that wasnt really necessary, still on pace for a mid 58 second quarter though. .213 miles. Wore my vics. Anyways after that just did a run with frank to the bridge and back, felt alright I guess, pretty slow. 16:48 on the way out and 15:35 on the way back I believe. Worked out my legs afterwards.
