Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Back was sore in the afternoon, but it was too nice to NOT run or tempo. Did the warm-up on the paved path and kept the tempo on the bark-UH-mulch for the back's sake. Did some stretching, which helped.
The tempo felt very reasonable - controlled breathing and I never felt like I was pressing. Turned out to basically be 6:00/mi (6:03, 12:00, 6:03). Pretty nice.
