Weather: sunny but very cold; like a mainland winter's day

20 min warmup + drills + 6 strides / 5 x (3 min ccp+ 2 min 10k pace + 1 min 5k pace) / core xs / 2+6+2 / 2 x 30 walking lunges with 2 strides btwn / 15 min warmdown (ccp is chit chat pace so not a jog but not too hard-like steady)
second 30 min run

Felt better than I have for a while; maybe I've finally turned the corner in my training and in my mental health. But there's still tough days ahead.
