Comments:
Had today off, so I did an easy 4 miler in the morning, and then an 8 miler in the afternoon. Felt sluggish during the 4 miler but stretched really well afterward. Felt great during the 8 miler. Did a quarter mile fast, quarter mile easy, for about 2 miles around the boulevard. Still waiting on new shoes, but feeling good.
