convinced Grogan to do 6*1000 on this nice weather day. the undergrads were at the track too. didn't know if my legs were gonna hold up because of the last couple days of running, so this exceeded expectations. My legs and back were tired, but I could keep cranking out the intervals. Same feeling that I had at the end of XC senior year: fatigued on the surface but able to keep hammering out intervals, a pleasant exhaustion. I need to run slow Thursday and Friday though, or my legs might crack into pieces. hailed a bit after our last interval.
