After I got back from running. It feels sooo good to be back in the weight room. I really like lifting. I got to get into it more this summer. Did rehab first, and it definitely felt like it was targeting my lower back

knee pushups
After, went in to do the upper 300. There is a new one, but I subbed out some stuff to accomidate
DB Shoulder press
Pull ups
Box step ups no weight
medball wall squats
DB pushups
Probs put some weight on the step ups next time. did 3 sets, 20 reps of each thing.
