Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Another very solid run. I designed this route so that I could stop at friends' houses for gatorade to see how my stomach would react. I stopped around miles 6, 10, and 15. Gatorade didn't affect my stomach at all which is awesome because now I won't have to use those gel packets. Woke up at 8:30, had 3 eggs with peppers, onions, and broccoli. I also had a bagel with butter, a cup of coffee, about half a bottle of gatorade, and half a bottle of water. Finished eating a little after 9, went back to bed for a little bit, and ran at 1130. The miles weren't particularly fast, but considering it was my 6th day of running in a row and I desperately need new shoes, I'm pretty happy with it.
