Yuck feeling decently sick this morning. Hopefully it will kick away by the middle of next week for those tests and spring break. Felt awfully achy and tired before actually biking. Heated before, didnt really make a difference.
Hopped on the spinner bike in the rowing room and started at the wall. Everyone was doing 2400s so I thought I would just simulate those. Cause Im feeling sick, I didnt, and just did an easy workout. Did 4 songs hard, total of 47 minutes...whatevs
Stretch, roll, L7 pushups and ice all by myself. Got to get over this sickness. Ill have plenty of time to rest after next Thursday!
Back Isnt feeling all that bad today, I can kinda feel it. See how it goes in the Pi Mile run tomorrow. I might make Max do it, or let him go do work in Veale.
