Weather: Mid 40's, Breezy and Cloudy
Comments:
Got the warmup in, felt kind of slow today but oh well. 2 mile time trial baby. 1st goal, to break 10:50, 2nd (and realistic) goal was to break 11. Dave didnt run it so I basically didnt have anyone to run with except erik for about 3 laps. 36 first 200, then the splits were 75, 80, 80, 85, 85, 89 then I'm not sure what the 7th one was so obvi I dont know the 8th one either. I know I was at 10;10 with about 2:60 to go. felt really really smooth for the first 3.5 or 4 laps then started to get a bit tired and with no one around to race, obviously fell off pace a bit. I'll take it though, a high 10:59 essentially on my own and for FULL 2 mile, not 3200.
Main goal for the season: break 10:20. more realistic goal for season: break 10:30. felt nice to be the only one to break 11 and win though. Victorys felt good.
