SO I know I ran 68 miles this week....however, I cannot remember what, where, or who for any of my runs so what I get for falling behind is needing to log it in one day.
Two workouts this week - one tempo where i started at 5:44 and ended at 5:30.
Then, a short fartlek with peter.
