didnt have as much time as I hoped for, pretty short run. feel fine from yesterday, after taking care of the feet and whatnot. Want to try to alter lifting schedule a bit instead of Monday/Wednesday/Friday to maybe Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday? Figure I don't want to be lifting on days of track workouts, but still have a little time to figure that out.
