Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So bummed that Max's flight got canceled. We were gonna do the Pi Mile run this morning. After a kinda bad night sleep because of my cold, Steve me and Chris ran down for the race. I kinda just wanted to go a little faster than training pace to see if I could. I guess I could. Didnt feel great because of the sickness, but the back wasnt that annoying. It was fine after too. Started out with Chris Drew and David, broke off, then caught Anna at the finish. Course for sure wasnt 3.14 miles, it was like 3 I think (I tried to map it) so time is a little less than 5k. It was cold and chilly out today, but we still ran.
Cooled down with everyone on the indoor track. They all went out to do more, and I stretched, roll, L7 in the locker room. Wasnt too hungry so I just walked up to the house and iced. If you look at it in the long run, my back is feeling better everyday. Im still doing what I can, and what I need to do.
