So today since I didn't really feel like running for 2 hours, I decided to do a speed work out. I ran 4 miles in 31 minutes varying my speed from 7mph to 10mph. The average being around 7.7 mph. All and all an OK work out. I think I am going to start tracking my morning heart rate as well. Starting when I return from my business trip.
