first crecent trail run of the season! =)
i thought itd be warmer outside. the occasional wave of sun did warm my upper body nicely, since i was wearing a warm sweatshirt. but my bare legs were hopeless. forever cold. but i didn't mind it so much. i guess im used to just being cold all the time. and the cold is always good practice for keeping my limbs moving and keeping up a long stride (cold=impossible to move - but i've been working on it).
i've grown to really like hills - enjoy them sporadically throughout a run (a run on my own anyway). it presents a goal, a purpose. not that i get bored, but its like having a competitor when there aren't any fellow runners around to pass.
