second lake

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Good run. Classic second lake with a ton of people. Pace was fluctuating, but mostly slow, I felt ok not great. I guess cause this was the longest run in like a month. So good to be back at it. Kicked it in fast, and my back was pretty good.... Still got a ways to go, but when we there, we there. Cold is disappearing too. Even though it was freezing out. I guess I should accept the cold weather now, because if I am running in Mississippi this summer, its going to be hot as fuck.

Got back, down to lift

Up for a decent stretch roll L7. Sore from lifting right after wards but that soooo good. Quick abs too. then ice. I guess my legs are kinda sore, but Im biking tomorrow (workout perhaps). I think coach knows whats up with my workouts. Also I need new shoes. Also, Assassins Creed 3 trailer, had to change my underwear after watching that.
