Woke up early for a nice house breakfast, but I was really tired today. Figured I would have more free time on Thursday since its almost spring break. So I didnt swim. Just went into bike in the afternoon. Heated and almost fell asleep on the table, would have been awesome. Got up and biked in the cardio room on a decently high setting. I was watching ESPN. It went out briefly, then a message came up saying solar flares interrupted the satellite signal... cool. Felt pretty good up there
DOwn stairs to stretch static 2 roll L7 and abs and pushups while the 430 crew was rolling in. Rubin was polling everyone about playing paintball. At the end of the day did a leg hang, since my quads and hammies are sore, and iced.
Workouts are all over the place this week. My back has been feeling good, but Coach wants me to do a tempo type thing, most likely on my own. Letsgo!
