Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
saw veronica today, she supplied me with a giant donut pad which was beautiful to keep me from hobbling. Was planning on running today but when I put the shoe on to go for the warmup lap, figured would've done a lot more damage. Elliptical for 35 minutes, still burned but definitely better than the end of the run yesterday. Felt like an off day mentally, but definite improvement from before. Planning to run tomorrow, looking forward to something fast sometime soon.
