6:50PM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Didn't sleep very well last night, got home earlier than yesterday but decided to check up on a pressing task before working out, listened to El Camino by the Black Keys, went in thinking of going for an hour but cut it short, 5 min gear 10, 30 min gear 12, 5 min gear 10, stretch, core & pushups.
