Comments:
Had a crappy afternoon - back started to hurt pretty good; did some stretches and figured out that I'm AGAIN hyper-flexing through lumbar. F!
The run was OK -- no poops, no significant back pain, though there were times I thought it'd act up. Turned out fine, and felt OK the rest of the night.
