Nothing but distance today, very sore and didnt get as much as I wanted to in. I wanted in between 7 and 7.3 but oh well. Really slowed down last 2.1 miles. Was at 33:33 at 4.71 (7:07 pace)
last 2.1 15:53 (7:33 pace)
Ran with erik and frank for the first 4.71 then by myself the last 2.1..probably why I slowed down.
Upper body workout afterwards.
