Steady on the track!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up to Au, drills and whatnot. Foot felt much better on the track than hills/grass/mud, and theres no uneven footing on the track. Went for a little over 20 minutes changing directions then jogged back part way with some of the guys but then wanted to add on a couple more minutes so turned off then back to school. Definite improvement from yesterday, shoes make so much of a difference! Should hopefully be good by friday!
