Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 times mile repeats on the indoor track. ran with mercer again which was nice. i was expecting to be alone until he told me last night he could run with me again. warmed up 2 on the indoor track because it was getting pretty gross out. drilled, and then we were ready to go. coach told me 5:10 or better, and i figured that didnt seem too hard to do. went 5:05, 5:05, 4:59. It was a really good workout, and i was pretty pleased with a few things. i was able to pretty much perfectly split each interval, hitting 76ish per 400, for the first two and then 75ish for the whole last one. in addition to that, this really didnt put a ton of stress on me. it wasn't "easy", but it didn't feel even close to as hard as those 400s last week, and i felt worse finishing that tempo monday. the last two laps was when the tired feeling kind of set in. my hamstrings were pretty tight after, but that may have been because of lifting and hurdles yesterday.

editor's note. i forgot to account for the 5:00 rest between the intervals. we'll call it another mile.
