Comments:
muddiest run ever...went across street for 2 miles but too icy...did a few loops around dog park and through mountain, then up the road to the top, across the top of the disc golf course, back through the woods, and up the mountain, then down to the car...great run, but too sloppy. 75% trails. fartlek was long stretches pushing it (not super fast), with short stretches of easy recovery...very informal
