Comments:
Ran the warm-up outside for 32 mins.
3 X goblet squats (60 lbs), weighted pull-ups (20 lbs - hard to do without the belt), hip strengthening (30 lbs). Added ankle balance curls.
15' cooldown on the treadmill.
