Comments:
ughhh..rough workout. first full speed workout in a lonnnnggg time. 2 and a half minutes rest between the 4-6-4-2 and then 15 min tempo, followed by the 3x300 with about 1.5min rest. didn't feel like i was in it until the last 2 300s before i finally started to move. splits were (66-1:59-71-30-53-48-46)
