A "Brisk" Tempo

Comments:
real good - we went 5:14, 5:10, 5:15, 5:38, 5:40. The wind clearly had an effect on us during the last two miles. Still really happy with it though - close to breaking 27:00 on a tempo, good deal.

Then, two 400s on the track. Felt pretty tired for those. Back to Veale for essentials.
