Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did the 15 x 150 hill workout, trying to muster all my leg speed so that they were quick as required. I think I did a good job. Then, I tried to get a longer run in today so I do not need a long run tomorrow, SO a did quite a longer cool down just around town.
Then stretching, essentials.
