1000s in the wind!

Well i decided to do my 1000s at an 1000m loop i used in high school at our fairgrounds; however, it took me one interval to get quite angry at the extreme wind that i was running into for the last 500m si I decided to just keep all of mine under 3:30 because I felt the same effort there. my last was quicker but i intentionally went out of the way to just run with the wind the whole time. then i did my 200s. overall i based the workout on effort and it went good.
