9:35AM. Sleep: 8 hr. Even with Daylight Savings Time, still managed to get enough sleep, 5 min in gear 10, 30 min in gear 13, 5 min in gear 10, listened to Brothers by the Black Keys, decent workout, stretch, core & pushups.
