Long day on the bus, and my legs felt it. Anyways, took a while to get to the track, which was nestled away in the very nice athletic complex. As soon as we stepped of the bus, it was clear we were down south. Weather was perfect. Whole group ran around the atheltics place, got lost, and then headed over to the campus. Brandon and I went back and found Drew. Nice campus, classic sounthern flair. Could get used to it...

Again, legs were really sore, and I could feel it. Toe was tight too. This is what happens on a bus ride. Got in some barefoot striders, stretch roll and a nice L7 in the field. Abs and pushups to get the beach body. More ridin tomorrow, then we get into some workouts. IDK what to do with running this week, might take tues off to keep it together, but Ill probably miss saturday...
