Testing out my knee

Comments:
Knee was pretty sore today so did a slow 3 mile run on gilman. Thankfully, it didn't get worse throughout the course of the run but that may be just because I took it so easy. I think i'll have to do some leg strengthening exercises to prevent this stuff in the future.
