Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
6x400. first real workout in a long while, so I kept it shorter. 63, 63, 63, 63, 61, 60. felt okay...took me three to feel comfortable. speed's not there yet, but i feel strong. 3 min. break (~400 jog after the first 4 and then just walked around before the last two) foot's okay. not bad for driving 8 of the previous 9 hours. kept muh cool down shorter due to that bitch called chaffing. hoping to run twice tomorrow, but if this keeps up i'll be lucky to finish one run.
