Comments:
got to the track and did a warm-up slightly more than 2. the workout was 4 x mile @ tempo. They ended up being 5:20, 5:12, 5:12, 5:10. Good workout, but as soon as we finished I was completely zapped, sun and the heat; whew!
A bit more than 2 for the cool down. Stretching. Rolling.
