Comments:
I stopped after 4.5 miles because my knee started getting a little sore. I felt smooth the whole time, wasn't too strained even though the last 800 of the 4th was 2:25. If it weren't for my knee I'm confident I could have gone well under 5 for the 5th interval. 4 minutes rest in between each one, with a lap jog. Cooldown includes the 1 lap jogs in between.
