10 mile upbeat? run

Comments:
Wanted to do it more upbeat, nothing fast, just some nice turnover. It was also really late at night and I didn't feel like running so I just wanted to be done. Kept the whole thing controlled, and cruised through it--just let my legs do what they felt like. Not a bad run after a solid 20 cut-down the day before.

The splits I have:
6:10
5:57
5:51 first three miles

5:24
5:19 last two miles

Also, did this at Honeygo. One mile out and back, then reverse 7.5 loop. Did the half mile tack on before everything to open up the legs and see how I felt from the day before.
